Terms of Use

1. The site

dockavio.com is the Dockavio online store, operated by Whydah Trading Limited. Company information is given in the Terms and Conditions. These Terms of Use apply to dockavio.com, to its country versions, and to the product pages, articles and offer pages we put online.

If you use the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using it.

2. Using the site

The site is there for you to discover our products, place an order, track an order and contact us. You agree that you won't:

• use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• try to look at an order that isn't yours;
• copy, scrape or harvest the site's content with automated tools, or reuse it for a business;
• interfere with the site's security or normal running, or try to reach parts of it that aren't public;
• send us fake reviews, or content that is offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

We may block anyone who breaks these rules from using the site.

3. Order tracking

The Order tracking page reveals an order to whoever enters its order number together with the email address on the order. Don't share your confirmation email. Only look up your own orders, or an order belonging to someone who asked you for help. Lookups are logged to protect our customers.

4. Product information

We work hard to keep the descriptions, photos, prices and availability on the site accurate and current. Many of our products are made in small batches or from natural materials, which means colour, grain, pattern and size may differ a little from the photos.

One product may appear under a different name, collection or offer from one page or country to another. Prices and availability can change, and mistakes happen. If one affects your order, we let you know before your parcel leaves and you can cancel for a full refund.

5. Health and comfort information

Parts of the site cover wellbeing, comfort and nutrition. Treat this as general information, never as medical advice. The health and comfort products and the supplements we sell are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Read the label or instructions before use. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor beforehand. Never stop a treatment on the basis of our pages. Store supplements where children can't reach them.

6. Reviews and messages you send us

We publish reviews only from customers whose order we can verify, and we never pay for reviews. Any review you send must be your own honest opinion of a product you ordered.

When you send us a review, you agree that we may publish it on our pages, in our emails and in our advertising, along with your first name, the first letter of your surname and your country. We may shorten a review or decide not to publish it, and we take down any review on request.

7. Intellectual property

All text, photos, videos, logos and design on the site are owned by us or by the makers and brands we sell, under the protection of copyright and trade mark law. Viewing and printing pages for personal use is allowed. Every other use requires written permission from us.

8. Links to other sites

Our pages and emails link to other websites, for example carriers' tracking pages, payment providers and review platforms. We have no control over those sites and aren't responsible for their content or for what they do with your data. Please read their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Site availability

Keeping the site online and secure is a priority, but uninterrupted or error-free access can't be promised. The site may be suspended for maintenance or changed at any time. Protect yourself by using a current browser and a secure device.

10. Our responsibility

The site exists to inform you and to let you place orders. To the extent the law of your country permits, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on the site's content, from the site being unavailable, or from other websites we link to.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country. Our Terms and Conditions set out our responsibility for the products you buy.

11. Updates to these terms

These terms are revised when the site or the law requires it. Check the date at the top of the page for the current version. A new version takes effect on the day it goes online.

12. Law and contact

The same law governs these Terms of Use, and disputes are handled in the same way, as described in section 18 of our Terms and Conditions. In particular, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
