Have you looked at the order tracker? It tells you where your parcel is right away. If anything looks wrong there, write to us here.

Put the complete, correct address in your message, postcode included. We can change it until your parcel leaves, which happens within 1 to 2 working days of your order.

Any order that hasn't left yet can be cancelled, with a full refund to the card you used. If it has already gone, you can still send it back within 30 days of delivery.

Let us know which product you want to send back, and why. We'll answer with your options and the return address. Please wait to hear from us before posting anything.

Give us the amount and date of the payment, plus any email address you might have ordered with. We'll tell you exactly what it paid for, and if you didn't place the order, we'll cancel and refund it.

Tell us what went wrong. A photo of the item and of the label on the parcel lets us send a replacement or a refund right away. You can attach it when you reply to the email we'll send you.
